Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy

This policy governs the cancellation, return and exchange of products purchased by customers on services operated by Honyaplan Co.

Customers who wish to return or exchange merchandise must contact us in advance. If a product is returned to us without prior notice, we will refuse the return or exchange. In such cases, we will not bear any delivery charges for the return of the product to the customer. Please understand this in advance.

Cancellation, Returns, and Replacement Policy

Cancellation, return and exchange policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the order date. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the Contact Us page of our website.

Cancellation of orders

Only in the case that the product shipped is defective or different from the ordered product, such as cancellation after delivery, will be accepted. (Only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items.

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items that have been used for more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

  • Items without packaging (bag or case)

  • Products that have been processed for the customer, such as custom-made products, products with names, etc.
  • Other products that have been processed for the customer, such as products with names, etc.
  • Other products for which it is clearly stated on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned (for details, please contact our contact person).

In the case of obviously defective or incorrect merchandise, we will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc. If you do not like the merchandise, please contact us.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons, such as not liking the product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
