Cancel·Return/Exchange Policy

This policy stipulates cancellation/return/exchange of products purchased by the customer on the service operated by Honya Plan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”).

If you wish to return or exchange, please be sure to contact us in advance. If the product is returned to us without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges. In this case, we will not bear the delivery fee for re-sending to you. Please note.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of your order date and time. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the contact point of this site.

We will accept only if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product, such as cancellation after delivery. (Only if you contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the item.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer circumstances, so please select carefully when placing an order.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Products that are more than 7 days old
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products without packages (bags/cases)
  • Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names
  • Other products that clearly indicate that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page (For details, please contact the inquiry window)

If there is a clear defect in the product or if the product is wrong, we will bear the shipping cost for returning goods. In case of return or exchange due to customer's convenience, such as when you do not like the product, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
